Investment Strategy: Our investment strategy is to invest primarily in senior housing facilities in order to serve the needs of the aging baby boomer generation and to a lesser extent, invest in other rental housing types, including, but not limited to, single family homes for rent and residential apartment communities for rent in order to compliment our portfolio to serve the growing, countercyclical population of people priced out of the homeownership market, all to be leased on short term leases that mark to market quickly during times of inflation to help us increase our net asset value ("NAV") during inflationary economic conditions.
